Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding complaints, repairs, and service requests.
- Provide support to dealers, including pricing assistance and answering their inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:
