Job Overview: Complex Steel Buildings Inc. is looking for hardworking and dedicated Installers to join our team. Our installers are responsible for assembling and installing carports, garages, workshops, and commercial steel buildings across California. This role requires physical endurance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in various conditions, including heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout California to install steel structures.
- Safely lift and maneuver heavy materials.
- Work on roofs to install sheet metal components.
- Operate power tools and equipment efficiently.
- Drive company trucks and trailers (a plus).
- Work in a team setting to complete installations on schedule.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, metal building installation, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a positive attitude.
- Experience driving company trucks, trailers, and operating equipment (preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work on a rotating schedule.
