More specifically, in Guest Services:
Coordinates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
Strives for sales numbers by providing gift additional guest opportunities and retail recommendation
Membership sales
Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
Works with other leads to ensure the ideal guest experience is met
Upholds company policies and procedures
Supports the Guest Services lead and other department leads
Is organized and pays attention to all details affecting the guest experience; what they see, hear, taste, feel and smell
