Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage the spa’s appointment book and coordinate schedules for therapists and other staff.
- Process payments, manage billing, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Order and manage inventory of spa supplies and products.
- Operations:
- Ensure all spa areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage the spa’s retail product inventory, including ordering and stocking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of spa policies and procedures.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients.
- Engage in social media and online marketing activities to enhance the spa’s online presence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using appointment booking software and basic computer applications.
