Responsibilities
- Perform account management of portfolio of existing clients
- Manage customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys, across all products and services
- Work with clients to create customer success stories in collaboration with marketing
- Assist in the onboarding of insurance brokers and employers
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with clients
- Manage annual renewal process and metrics
- Handle escalations that may have a strategic impact on the company
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Sales/Marketing and Executives)
- Support trade organizations and occasionally travel to conferences
- Assist customers with their purchasing inquiries and decisions
- Stay current with the latest industry trends
- Bachelor’s Degree with 0-2 years of related experience
- A background in Insurance/Benefits is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with CRM and project management software
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude
- Strong project/time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
