Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations and business partnership.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Advise on diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce and equitable workplace.
- Utilize HRIS systems, such as ADP WorkforceNow, to analyze employee data and inform decision-making.
- Oversee total rewards programs, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place.
