About The Role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, ensuring that the organization’s HR strategies support its overall goals. The HRBP will drive initiatives related to talent acquisition and total rewards, fostering a culture of engagement and performance. By leveraging HRIS systems and data analytics, the HRBP will develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, the HRBP will contribute to the organization's success by ensuring that human capital is effectively managed and aligned with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations and business partnership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Advise on diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce and equitable workplace.
  • Utilize HRIS systems, such as ADP WorkforceNow, to analyze employee data and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee total rewards programs, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place.

Skills

The required skills in HRIS systems are essential for the HRBP to effectively manage and analyze workforce data. Daily, the HRBP will utilize business acumen to understand the organization's strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly. Skills in talent acquisition will be applied to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the organization remains competitive. Knowledge of total rewards will help the HRBP design and implement compensation strategies that motivate employees. Finally, expertise in internal equity will guide the HRBP in creating a fair and inclusive workplace, fostering a positive organizational culture.

Work Environment

This is a remote position. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
