Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager, NQTL. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator to manage their accounts properly. An efficient Account Manager must also be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services to provide customers with the most effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients.
- Solve and manage conflicts with the client; working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Learn company software system while working with Medical and Pharmaceutical data from TPAs, PBMs and Benefits Brokers.
- Facilitate the analysis process by gathering documentation from client vendors and learn to be familiar with medical enrollment and claims data, health plan documents and regulatory guidance documentation.
- Process and load numerous files while staying consistently on-task and keeping multiple data sets and client relationships organized. Manage client accounts in the CRM, Zoho.
- Have competence with data integrity, remain HIPAA/HITECH compliant at all times.
- Understand the integration of client data and how we use the data we have.
- Assist with training and development of new hires, as well as process improvement to establish efficiencies.
- Become familiar with the Mental Health Parity & Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) and perform comparative analysis of Non-Quantitative Treatment Limitations (NQTLs) as required.
Requirements:
- Education: high school diploma (or equivalent); some college or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years customer service and/or administrative work
Skills:
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions with strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Talent for influencing client experience.
- Willingness and ability to pivot priorities, and seek improvement.
- The ability to work remote, without requiring unnecessary supervision.
- This is a full-time, professional role consistently requiring 40 hours per week during a standard work week.

This is a remote position. This job operates in a professional environment, whether in person or remote. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
