Facilities Technician | Keene, NH | Full-time
We're hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a well-established, high-volume manufacturing facility recognized for innovation, quality, and employee development. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment that values technical expertise and offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and long-term career growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, repair, and improvement activities that directly support the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. You'll be a key player in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and safely
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of production and service equipment and instrumentation
- Understand and manage preventative maintenance schedules for unique production equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts replacements
- Collaborate with production personnel to schedule and perform repairs and routine maintenance
- Schedule and conduct utilities and equipment support services for preventative maintenance
- Maintain and update schematics, graphics, and documentation for all equipment
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Credentials & Education
- High School diploma required
- Technical trade school training in electronics or mechanical systems
- HVAC Technical Training & Certification
- EPA License required
- Experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
- On-site position in Keene, NH
- First Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Exposure to electrical and mechanical systems, dust, dirt, oil, and operating materials
