CMI is expanding, and we're looking for a Health and Safety Professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions (e.g., ladders, stormwater outfalls, chemical storage)
• Develop and maintain EHS documents, including JSAs, LOTO, Confined Space, and Machine Guarding assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety trainings
• Provide training on safety protocols, emergency response, and environmental awareness.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, and create reports with preventive recommendations.
• Foster a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Support the behavior-based safety program through observations, data collection, and employee interaction.
