Role Overview:
As a 1099 Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling a range of EHS equipment to industrial and healthcare clients. This is a remote position (must be based in Denver, CO), base commission-based role ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Products You’ll Sell:
- Noise Monitoring Equipment (noise dosimeters, sound level meters)
- Respiratory Protection Products (respirator fit testers)
- Air Sampling Products (air sampling pumps)
- Gas Detection Products (multi-gas monitors, VOC detectors, fall detection, and lone worker products)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow your client base within assigned territories.
- Identify and engage with prospective customers in industrial, healthcare, and related sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions and identify areas to cross sell the entire portfolio to customers.
- Generate leads and pass them to the internal team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for outside sales team.
- This is a remote position with occasional mandatory in-office days in Denver for team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized - ability to keep track of customer follow-ups and touch points.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection.
- Preferred but not required: strong understanding of safety needs across a variety of industries (oil/gas, healthcare, industrial, etc).
