Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Compliance Services’ safety services. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
