Overview
Compliance Services, LLC is a rapidly growing family-owned company that was developed to help companies adhere to the ever-growing demands of OSHA safety regulations. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician who would provide Field Tech services as well to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing equipment.
Job Summary
Provides oversight of equipment, shop, and personnel with the ND division.
Essential Functions
· Assists supervisor with communication of company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
· Responsible for ensuring restraint trailers are always stocked.
· Responsible for supervision and hauling of trailers during pick-up and delivery of restraints to and from Frac Sites.
· Inventory completion utilizing RFID system.
· Reports in a timely manner any deficiency in supplies and/or broken equipment to supervisor.
· Responsible for ensuring restraint trailers and restraints are maintained following company policy; clean, professional, orderly, and serviced.
· Inspects and services restraint and shower trailers.
· Pull, stage, and load equipment for jobs.
· Completes all required documentation timely and accurately, inspection and repair documents, damage sheets, inventory sheets.
· Maintain clean and orderly surroundings (includes work area).
· Maintain an accurate running inventory. Responsible to alert management timely of low running inventory.
· Perform basic maintenance and care of vehicles and/or trailers.
· Communicates all issues to supervisor immediately.
· Available for on call / stand by time.
· Travel – may need to drive trucks & trailers to and from other states across country. (Can include travel by vehicle and airplane).
· Can perform all the essential functions of a restraint operator if necessary.
· May act in the capacity of a field safety technician; being responsible for operation and maintenance of gas detection systems and breathing air safety equipment, calibrating gas detections systems.
· Delivery, service, and pickup of shower trailers.
· May act as a Pre-Site Check Liaison: Driving to pad locations, speaking with customers to gauge the actual start time of that specific job, reports back to the Restraint Division Manager to coordinate.

Job Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· One-year general maintenance experience.
· One year experience within the oil and gas industry.
· Bilingual Preferred
· Previous Supervisory experienced preferred.
· CPR/First Aid Certification
· Valid Clean Driver’s License
· DOT medical card
· Safeland Training
