Account Executive - Denver, CO (in-office)
Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000
OTE: $75,750-$95,750, Commissions Uncapped
Compliance Solutions, the nation’s largest privately held provider of E-Learning, Virtual Education, and Instructor-Led Classes for Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) training, is looking for a motivated Account Executive to help drive our sales growth. As an integral member of our sales department, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our client base while delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting and lead qualification of new business.
- Manage and grow portfolio of existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify training solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with training solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and training solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 Years Relevant Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar outside sales role, with preference for experience with sourcing and outbound sales in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and conveying complex information effectively.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and meet the needs of clients.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, client preferences, and company priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar sales CRM
- Applicants with experience in service-based offerings, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training, education or employee training sales will be given priority.
