Cross functional rotation program includes:
- Development opportunity to engage with all teams and levels of the organization to create a well rounded member of our growing international team and serve as excellent career development.
- Working alongside our sales team you will learn about our sales process,and our products and services thoroughly to effectively communicate value to a diverse customer base.
- Customer order entry & maintenance, vendor purchase orders, & prospecting.
- Working alongside our quality control team you will gain hands-on product handling experience by inspecting products; ensuring quality, reviewing documentation and specifications.
- Working alongside our logistics and warehousing team you will assist in material receiving and shipments of electronic components for commercial, medical, automotive, and military/defense applications.
- You will learn ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B, ISO 14001:2015, and ANSI/ESD 2020-2014 guidelines.
