Position Overview
As a Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of CompoSecure's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. You will ensure that these programs align with our company goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain competitiveness in the market. This position requires a strong understanding of compensation trends and administration, benefits design and overall rewards systems.
The position is an on-site position 5 days a week, located at our office in Somerset, NJ and will report to the Vice President, Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Implementation:
- Design and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Regularly assess market competitiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all reward programs are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Compensation Management:
- Oversee the compensation structure including job architecture, salary benchmarking, pay scale design, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with human resources (business partners and talent acquisition) and organizational leadership on compensation recommendations for job offers and internal movement.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings and paid time off.
- Manage the administration of the leave management programs with external vendor.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees on the use of all benefit programs.
- Data & Reporting:
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure program effectiveness.
- Provide reports and insights to senior and human resources leadership along with recommendations to guide future decision-making.
- Oversee audits and manage risk related to rewards practices.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required. Master's degree of certification such CCP, GRP, PHR is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards management required.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems.
- Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws, compensation regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and able to share information in a readable way
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : $87,700 - $114,100
