What You'll Do:
- Schedule and adjust freight pickup and delivery appointments to meet carrier and customer needs.
- Monitor and communicate transit delays, rescheduling as necessary to prevent service failures.
- Collaborate with Brokerage and Customer Service to improve order transit times.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Maintain positive relationships with carriers and customers while working efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 1-6 months in the transportation industry
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and negotiation abilities. Basic computer and phone skills are essential.
