Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator located in Holland, MI. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the quality of machined parts through precise measurements and inspections. The individual will be involved in machining processes, including milling, to create high-quality parts and structures according to design specifications. Daily tasks will include machinery setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- 5 axis Machine Operation and Machining skills
- Experience in Milling and operating Machinery
- Quality Control skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
- Proficiency in CNC programming and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in CNC operation is a plus
- Utilizes Master Cam software or similar program to design and develop tool path
- Convert CAD files for incorporation into CNC operation.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing or materials technology is advantageous
