First Shift-7:30am-4:00pm
Starting pay-$15
Position Overview: This position performs tasks in the upkeep and repair of the facilities and grounds and will assist in keeping the buildings and grounds clean, orderly, and properly maintained. This is a heavy-duty janitorial position with some light maintenance duties as necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist Custodian with overall cleanliness of the facilities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks such as intense cleaning of manufacturing floors, cleaning walls and doors, cleaning light fixtures and vents, and deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
- General clean-up of all areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Perform grounds-keeping maintenance functions as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting fixtures as needed.
- Report needs for repair or other hazards to supervisor.
- Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects and tools.
- Regularly required to sit, squat, stoop, or kneel, reach above the head and reach forward, and bend or twist the neck and trunk.
- Must be agile enough to climb a ladder.
