Compound Foundry is a rapidly growing family of eCommerce home and decor brands—including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Carbon Designs, Aspen&Arlo, and Anthem. We create digital-first brands with thoughtful products, beautiful storytelling, and a lot of heart.
We’re a small, fast-moving team based in Fayetteville, AR, and we’re looking for a Venture Builder who’s excited to build brands from the ground up—and scale the ones already in motion.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who loves both starting new things and improving what already exists. You’ll work side by side with our founding team across the entire lifecycle of a brand—from early testing and product development to growth strategy and operations.
In a given week, you might:
- Research a new product category and sketch out a go-to-market plan
- Help launch new DTC brands—developing positioning, working with designers, setting up early marketing tests
- Analyze performance across existing brands and identify areas for growth
- Jump into customer support, sourcing, logistics, or retention—whatever needs attention
- Collaborate with creatives and other team members to bring ideas to life
- Build the systems, docs, and processes that make us better and faster each time
Who You Are

- Have 2–5 years of experience in startups, consumer brands, e-commerce, consulting, or your own project
- Think like an entrepreneur—you’re scrappy, resourceful, and focused on impact
