Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team at ALWAYS Rx Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client base by providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries, onboarding new clients, and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Activities and Responsibilities:
The Sales Account Manager is the liaison between ALWAYS Rx Pharmacy and its current and potential customers. They will be able to accept ownership for effectively addressing customer inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Specifically, they will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential clients via phone, email, and social media
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing comprehensive information about our products and services
- Reach out to potential clients via Instagram, email, and phone to introduce our products and services and drive sales
- Maintain regular communication with current clients, checking in at least once a month to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Update clients on new products, services, and promotions, highlighting the benefits and value proposition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of ALWAYS Rx Pharmacy
- Collaborate with management and marketing personnel to ensure alignment and maximize results
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and customer feedback
Minimal Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, including Word / Google Docs and Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and technologies
- Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Dependable and has a great attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including products, services, and regulations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
