About the Role
We’re seeking passionate professionals with prior ABA experience to join our team as After-School ABA Therapists. In this impactful role, you’ll deliver one-on-one therapy to children on the autism spectrum in their homes. Your work will directly contribute to developing essential skills like communication, socialization, and behavior management.
What You’ll Do :
- Implement personalized ABA therapy plans to help children achieve developmental milestones.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage progress and skill-building.
- Collaborate with families and a BCBA Supervisor to ensure effective treatment strategies.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress during sessions.
