Key Responsibilities:

  • One-on-One ABA Services: Use evidence-based interventions to support children with Autism in building independence and developing positive behaviors.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a clinical team, including Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to implement individualized treatment plans and skill-building strategies.

  • Accurate Data Collection: Track and document client progress during sessions using electronic tools.

  • Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing, supportive atmosphere for children and collaborate with families to ensure the success of each child.

  • Ongoing Collaboration: Partner with families and clinical staff to adjust and enhance treatment plans based on progress and needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Passion & Patience: A deep desire to help children with Autism and the ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations.
