Your Role
You will use your knowledge of ABA to deliver personalized therapy, helping children develop life skills and positive behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized therapy to help children develop life skills and positive behaviors
- Work with a team to create and follow care plans that best support each child
- Record and track progress to adjust treatment as needed
- Mentor and support new team members, sharing your experience to improve the overall care provided
- Build strong relationships with families and other caregivers, ensuring the best outcomes for each child
Requirements
- Experience in ABA (required), RBT certification or BCBA/BCaBA preferred
- A strong desire to help children with Autism
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Patient and compassionate, especially in tough situations
