About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and caring professional to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions. As an integral member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for implementing skill-building and care plans, collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations
- Implement skill-building and care plans under the guidance of BCBA Supervisors
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices
- Collaborate with families to enhance treatment effectiveness
- Maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism
- Patient, compassionate, and able to maintain a calm demeanor
