Your Role

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and maintain accurate session data.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for making a difference.
• Skills: Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
  
  

Need To Know

• Services are provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• Start part-time and take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
