Your Role:
Provide one-on-one ABA support to children using proven methods to help them gain independence and positive behaviors.
Work as part of our clinical team to follow and implement care plans and skills training.
Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.
Create a supportive learning environment and build connections with families.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong desire to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Things to Know:
Work takes place in clients' homes or community locations.
All positions start part-time.
Complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
Minimum 6-month commitment required to make a real impact.
