Your Role

  • Utilize yourteaching experienceandSpanish fluencyto provide ABA-based education and therapy to children with Autism, ensuring they develop essential life and learning skills.
  • Develop personalized learning plans in collaboration with a clinical team, tailoring educational approaches to fit the needs of each child.
  • Track and record student progress to ensure that educational goals are being met and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Guide and mentor less experienced educators, helping to improve the overall quality of education provided to students.
  • Communicate regularly withSpanish-speaking families, offering support and guidance on how to reinforce learning at home.

    • What We-re Looking For :

  • Experience as an educator(required), especially working with children who have special needs or behavioral challenges.
  • Fluency inSpanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking students and families.
  • Passion for helping children with Autism succeed, with strong teaching and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and a calm demeanor, especially in challenging situations.

  • Both full-time and part-time positions available.

  • Non-certified applicants must complete a40-hour RBT training course.
