We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time Marketer for our Mahoning, Trumbull, Portage, and Summit areas to join our team. The Marketer will be responsible for using marketing strategies to raise awareness about mental health issues, educate the public about available services, and encourage individuals to seek professional help by creating campaigns that address stigma and promote positive aspects of mental healthcare, often through digital platforms and community outreach initiatives. Your primary goal is to connect people with the support they need while being mindful of the sensitive nature of mental health concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing campaigns
- creating targeted campaigns across various channels like social media, websites, and email to reach potential clients struggling with mental issues
- Community engagement, collaborating with local organizations, schools, and community groups to spread awareness mental health resources
- Managing social media presence, actively engaging with users on social media platforms to build a positive brand image and foster open conversations about mental health
- Data analysis, tracking campaign performance and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Some case management
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Must have own vehicle
