Position: RN Nurse Supervisor Part-Time

Description: This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a small team of nurses in providing Medication Assisted Treatment services to clients of our Methadone clinic.
Key Duties:
· Responsible for the daily work and performance of Methadone clinic nurses.
· Provide ongoing regular feedback to nurses on the quality and timeliness of their work.
· Ensure the nursing staff complies with all agency, clinical, legal and ethical practices.
· Oversee and monitor billable hours of service.
· Provide support, training, and remediation where needed to assist nurses in meeting program billing expectations, charting, recordkeeping, documentation standards and all other quality assurance standards.
· Work closely with the Methadone Clinic Manager and Medical Director in a variety of areas including but not limited to compliance with federal and state rules, laws, and regulations. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, SAMHSA, DEA, SUPR and other requirements.
· Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives; measures of success; productivity goals; quality goals, and plans for continuous improvement.
· Identify training needs and make recommendations to the Methadone Clinic Manager.
· Provide direct care Methadone dosing to clients as a backup to other nursing staff.
· Other duties as assigned by Methadone Clinic Manager
Reports to: Methadone Clinic Manager
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 24 hours per week, flexible, on-site
Requirements:
· BSN graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
· Current Illinois License
· Knowledge of Chemical Dependency
· Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook 365 and Excel.
· At least one year of experience supervising nurses.
Compensation: $35 to $40 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
