We are looking for a Dental receptionist/ Dental assistant with good experience in the front office and if necessary can help with patient care in the back office.
They handle phone calls, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and collect payments, while also assisting with tasks like preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, and educating patients on procedures.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, managing appointment schedules efficiently.
- Assist dentists as needed during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Handle dental terminology and assist with X-ray procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Educate patients on dental procedures and care, addressing any questions or concerns.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
