Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry & Record Keeping :

Reconciliation :
Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and balancing accounts. Work with the accounting department to resolve issues and ensure that records match financial statements.
Customer Communication :
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, providing clear explanations of charges and resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure all billing processes follow company policies and legal regulations. Safeguard sensitive customer information and financial records, adhering to confidentiality standards.
System Updates :

Reporting :

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Experience in billing, accounting, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
