Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Manager of the Co-occuring 16 bed residential unit at Comprehensive Healthcare in Yakima, WA. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing clinical supervision, managing mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Clinical Supervision skills
- Mental Health and Psychology expertise
- Behavioral Health knowledge
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience in program development and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Licensure in relevant clinical field (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
