Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping duties
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide personalized care based on individual care plans
- Support physical well-being through mobility assistance and exercises
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for each client
