Human Resources Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, and process improvement, ensuring that our HR initiatives align with the overall business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs.
• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices to maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Maintain HR plans and policies and assist management with enforcement.
• Maintain current, accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Implement employee training and wellness programs.
• Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation activities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
