The employee will be working in a warehouse environment and will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Employee will be exposed to variable temperature conditions based on the season. They will also be exposed to medium to loud noise conditions and may be working near vibration. Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Must have adequate hearing, eyesight, depth perception, and color vision to perform duties. Must be able to view a computer monitor and perform mouse and keyboarding tasks with dexterity and accuracy.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising the shipping and receiving systems via local and customer WMS.
- Supervising Value-Added Assembly (VAA) personnel.
- Monitoring operation of VAA equipment and systems.
- Managing and monitoring WMS, MES and HRIS systems.
- Coordinating activities with other departments including transportation
- Management of the local/corporate QMS
- Coordinating activities with other departments.
- Implementing programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
- Assisting with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
- Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives company’s Continuous Improvement. Process and Policies.
- Responsible for On-the-Job Training.
- Ensures compliance to Comprehensive Dock Safety Procedures.
- Ensures that material is shipped to the customer in a timely manner
- Ensures that the commodity distribution in any shipment is sufficient to meet customer needs.
- Other duties as required.
