As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we’re looking for an experienced I.T. Analyst. The core hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm. Individual will be on-call Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm.
As the I.T. Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our warehouse and logistics operation.
Your responsibility will entail supporting the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, windows mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc. Installing and maintaining hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software that is mission critical while providing support to company employees.
The IT Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, windows mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.
- Installs, supports, and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software while supporting the operation.
- Installs and supports purchased and in-house software.
- Attends required meetings.
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and/or repairs equipment.
- Sets up computer security measures.
- Offers technical support on-site or via phone/email.
- Continually audits our systems used in our plant to ensure operation.
- Gain knowledge of our WMS (Streme) and the understanding and ability to support, configuration.
- Sets up user ID’s and security.
- Sets up RF scanners, audits and sends in for service.
- Knowledge and understanding of EDI and exchange of data through web services.
General Requirements:
- 3 years of IT experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- IT WMS software systems experience related to managing a warehouse.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to write understand Macros.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science, or other related field along with 3 years relative experience. Certifications are a plus
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware related problems.
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Customer IT departments.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a flexing, fast-paced environment.
- Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to work some holidays and overtime as needed to meet service standards and business needs. This position will require you to be on-call during the 2nd shift operations.
- Occasional overtime as required.
- Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support.
Salary : $75,000 - $78,000
