Comprehensive Medicine has an amazing opportunity for the right LVN. Comprehensive Medicine is a very unique practice, office located in Alpine CA (15 min east of el Cajon). We are a mediam sized practice specializing in continuity of care. Our providers see elderl or other home bound patients at their rhome. We work closely with several home health and hospices agencies. We are looking for an experienced LVN, preferably with home health / hospice / SNF experience. This position is in office, taking triage calls from patients / caregivers and other nurses. The nurse performs on phone triage and coordinates care between the patient / third party nurse and the provider. We are a family type atmosphere. Duties include : taking patient medical calls, corresponding with home health nurses, care plan oversight. There may be some urgent care duties. Excellent benefits : 401k with match, 6 paid holidays, 80 hours PTO for the first year then 120 hours annually after one year, Life / Vision / Dental insurance paid for employee. Medical insurance option that we pay 80 % of.
Competitive salary. Hours generally M-F 9-5 : 30 but may require more hours as needed with occasional weekend and holiday.
