Comprehensive Mobile Care is searching for a Full-time Healthcare Recruiter.
Comprehensive Mobile Care, one of the leading nationwide supporters of dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry providers catering to U.S. seniors, has an opportunity for a Full-Time Healthcare Recruiter.
We are located in North Phoenix at the 101 and 7th Street. This office position is in our new office building. It is a warm and friendly place to work with a mission-driven, team environment.
Mission: Our mission is to improve the quality of life of seniors in a professional and compassionate manner.
**Will have to travel to our Phoenix office for training for 1-2 weeks.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus commission and excellent benefits

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Sales experience or prior recruiter experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following (see below):
- All duties performed are within the office-setting and no visits needed to potential applicants
- Contact applicants in a timely manner and communicate via phone and email regarding position opportunity (No cold calls)
- Follow-up with existing applicants to move through contracting process
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create effective strategies for recruitment
- Update recruitment process tracking spreadsheet with progress
- Complete tasks with accuracy and within a timely manner
- Various additional tasks as assigned
