We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time, exempt Director of Data Products to join our team. The Director of Data Products will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products that support our mission of improving patient outcomes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for data-driven innovation.
Salary Range : $140,000-$160,000 based on experience
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a similar role at a similar level
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare and / or specialty pharmacy operations
- Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and Python
- Experience with product management tools, such as JIRA and Asana
