Director of PharmacyOSS Orthopaedic HospitalYork, PAAs a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Schedule : This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours. The position may be required to work some extended hours which may include some evenings and weekends as business necessitates.Starting Pay :   $150,000 annually, (Depending on related work experience)About the Facility : The OSS Orthopaedic Hospital is the first and only free-standing facility in the York area dedicated exclusively to orthopedic surgery. It is owned and operated by the physicians of OSS Health who are board-certified and fellowship-trained in the many areas of orthopaedics. The focus for patients is on providing you with an excellent experience during your stay. This specialty hospital is committed to low infection rates and superior clinical results. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.About the Pharmacy : The pharmacy is open 5 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm on Monday and 5 : 30a-6 : 00p Tuesday-FridayRequired Qualifications :  BS or PharmD from an accredited School of PharmacyPennsylvania Pharmacist licensure in good standingA minimum 2-3 years of experience as a pharmacist.Management experience in a hospital environment is preferred, however, management experience in other settings (retail, LTC, etc.) will be consideredHospital Requirements : (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 monthsHepatitis B3 Series or declinationePatchFBI Fingerprinting RegistryPA Child Abuse RegistryCPS Solutions, LLC Requirements :  All employment offers are contingent upon successfully passing a pre employment post offer background check, drug test, and signed onboarding documents.
