About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Director to lead our team at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities in accordance with hospital policies, standards of practice, and state and federal laws.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our pharmacy services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $165,000 annually plus bonus, based on experience.
