Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant located in Metairie, LA. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of patient care programs, providing quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, and ensuring the progress of patient rehabilitation. This role involves working closely with patients to improve their mobility, manage pain, and support their recovery processes in a clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Skills in Physical Therapy and Patient Care
- Experience in Rehabilitation and Quality Patient Care
- Knowledge of Orthopedics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans precisely and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
