Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Grinder/ Gluer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating grinding machines and be proficient in various machining processes. but this can certainly be learned This role is critical in ensuring that components meet precise specifications and quality standards. The Grinder/gluer will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth production flow and uphold safety protocols.
Duties
- Operate grinding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Use highly adhesive glue to attach parts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience with hands doing detailed work
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control processes is crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is advantageous.
