Requirements

Duties
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services, including behavioral therapy and psychopharmacology support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
- Address gender issues counseling and provide support for clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Work with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, adapting approaches as necessary for each demographic.
- Utilize coding systems such as for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
