One of the key responsibilities of the Enterprise Service Technology team is transforming and delivering internal enterprise solutions using cutting-edge technologies like generative AI. Our mission is to enhance the experience of our associates by developing innovative tools and platforms that streamline operations, improve productivity, and provide intelligent, seamless digital experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a focus on leveraging generative AI to build next-generation enterprise solutions, particularly associate-facing portal products. This role will play a pivotal part in designing and launching products that drive efficiency and engagement across our internal ecosystem.

Primary responsibilities:

· Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise AI-driven solutions, aligned with broader business and operational goals

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage generative AI to enhance associate-facing portal products and internal enterprise tools

· Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and adoption, ensuring alignment with timelines and key milestones

· Partner with technology and UX teams to design intuitive and scalable generative AI-driven experiences that enhance internal workflows and decision-making processes

· Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of enterprise AI products

· Drive awareness and adoption of new AI-powered enterprise products through effective internal marketing, training, and change management strategies

· Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine product offerings, ensuring solutions align with associate needs and organizational priorities

· Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feature development and manage backlogs to continuously evolve the product

· Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to inform product direction

Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience as a product lead, with a track record of successfully launching enterprise products, particularly associate-facing or internal portal solutions

· Deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments

· Experience delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions from concept to market

· Strong knowledge of UX design principles, with an emphasis on internal tools and enterprise platforms

· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions and drive performance improvements

· Proficiency in SDLC (software development lifecycle) and agile methodologies

· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders

· Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing and inspiring teams across the organization

· Strong problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches
