Job Description:
A ServiceNow HRSD architect designs and builds solutions for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). They work with clients to identify business needs and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
· Design solutions: Architect and develop solutions for HRSD applications like HR case management, onboarding, and employee centers
· Consult with clients: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points · Mentor team members: Lead, educate, and develop other team members· Make technical decisions: Be the final technical decision-maker on projects
· Communicate solutions: Communicate the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities to clients and internal resources
· Evaluate technologies: Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on solutions Required skills and experience
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, IT, or the sciences
· ServiceNow certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
· Experience working on the ServiceNow platform
· Experience in HRSD
· Experience in scripting and app development
· Experience in using Excel, PPT, and Visio Additional qualifications
· Experience in Employee Center or Content Publishing
· Knowledge of web services, APIs, and mobile application design.
