Role Description
Workers’ compensation Claims Adjuster needed for a fast paced, high volume workers’ compensation defense practice. This is a full-time on-site role for an Ohio worker's compensation Claims Adjuster at CRM. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Duties/Responsibilities: A workers’ compensation claims adjuster is responsible for managing workers’ compensation claims filed by injured workers. The adjuster needs to understand the Ohio’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation guidelines and regulations, have the ability to read and comprehend medical documentation, make initial determinations on claims, prepare and file appropriate forms with the Bureau of Workers Compensation, identify care needs, establish a plan of action and communicate with medical providers, employers, attorneys and injured workers to successfully resolve claims.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
