We are hiring for a dynamic team committed to supporting children and their families by fostering growth and development through tailored, effective therapeutic approaches.Position Overview : We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join this team. As a BCBA in the clinic, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior plans for children with a range of developmental and behavioral challenges. This is a full-time position, with a structured Monday through Friday schedule.Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child's needs
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee therapy sessions
- Train and supervise behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to the treatment plan
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to support overall treatment goals
- Track and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Virginia licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a BCBA
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
