Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Review and track Purchase Orders
- Ensure ship-by dates are met
- Review and track RTV's
- Ensure product/items received
Qualifications:
- Must be confident in over-the-phone communication
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to analyze data effectively
- Must be willing to work part-time 25-30 hours per week
