Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sales Efforts
- Work with sales, warehouse & production staff to streamline order entry, parts pulling and production process.
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Assist with technical support phone calls
- Work with walk-in customers to take care of their needs and fulfill orders
- Represent CAS and/or IG brands at trade shows
- Assist with in house training and other events
- Create customer quotes, sales orders, new customer sites in company software
- Monitor open order report to update customers on changes in order status
- Work with marketing to edit existing or create new materials to meet market and customer demands
- Assist with order process through completion (production, shipping, tracking, etc.)
- Assist with booking shipments (parcel & LTL) when needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous sales and customer relations experience
